Since 1989, Mim's Bakery has been making quality baked goods. At Mim's we use only the freshest and finest ingredients. Every item we make is baked from scratch using fresh eggs, creamery butter, flour, sugar, real dairy cream, and fine chocolates. Flavor is the most important component of our baked goods, and we have developed our recipes to make your mouth happy. Freshness is important--your purchase was baked for you. It is fresh and made to order. We are happy to work with you on your special event. For everyday events we require 24 hours advance notice, 48 hours for weekend events. We recommend at least 3 months notice for wedding cakes that are to be delivered. We are happy to make a beautifully decorated and stunning center piece for your next special event.

We are available at the bakery, Tuesday thru Saturday from 7am- 2pm. Wedding consultations are done on Tuesday and Wednesday by appointment between the hours of 7am and 7pm.

Some days last minute orders are a possibility. We will do our best to accommodate you.   We also have a small case full of baked goods that are availble for pickup.  Check in often we are always creating something new.  And there is never a parking problem at this hide-away bakery.
